Meet Our Team

Lynda St. Andre has owned and operated Personnel People for the last 19 years. She initially started with this established family-owned business in 2000, working her way to up to vice president of the company, and prides herself on her integrity and honesty. Personnel People offers very competitive rates and stands by the people it places. Customers are Lynda’s number one priority. Job placements include temporary to hire in the fields of Office, Warehouse, Drivers, and Production. Lynda and Personnel People also place permanent positions in the fields of CNC Machinists, Welders, Quality Control, and Engineering. Lynda received an Associate’s Degree in Business from CCRI/Lincoln, an administrative assistant program through Katherine Gibbs, and is certified in temporary and permanent placements through NEAPS.

Gorette Tibbetts has been an administrative assistant with Personnel People since July, 2006. Previously, she was employed as a recruiter for five years with Kelly Services in Panama City, Florida. Gorette attended Katherine Gibbs in 1991 and is a 1989 graduate of Taunton High School.

Gorette Tibbetts has been an administrative assistant with Personnel People since July, 2006. Previously, she was employed as a recruiter for five years with Kelly Services in Panama City, Florida. Gorette attended Katherine Gibbs in 1991 and is a 1989 graduate of Taunton High School.
A graduate of Bridgewater State University, Rachel St. Andre utilizes her skills in marketing and operations as a recruiter for Personnel People. Having grown up with the business started by her grandmother Jean Gustafson, and currently managed by her mother Lynda St. Andre, Rachel already has a strong understanding of what it takes to help people succeed in the search for a rewarding job and career. Her expertise as a candidate-employer matchmaker in a fast-paced environment has allowed her to become a very valuable asset to the company. Rachel wants to be known as someone who can be relied upon to benefit others in a positive way, and she has become just that for Personnel People. Building partnerships with job-seekers across New England starts with Rachel examining each candidate’s resumé and consulting with them to identify potential employer “fits” and preparing them to put their best fit forward for an optimal interview process and successfully secure employment.
