CNC Milling Machinist with programming – $100K – (Direct Hire)
Job Type: Direct Hire/Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and program CNC milling machines, Machines are:
- Matsuura
- HAAS
- Okuma
- Hurco
- Three, four, and five axis
- Programming using Mastercam
- Modify and adjust CNC programs to maintain part tolerances
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues as needed
- Design and build fixtures and select appropriate tooling
- Perform initial part inspections
- Perform tapping, polishing, deburring, and other finishing operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and handled
Qualifications
- Previous CNC milling machine experience required
- CNC programming experience required
- Experience with Mastercam preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation:
- The salary is up to $100K possibly more depending on experience
