CNC Milling or Lathe Machine – Direct Hire
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines such as:
- Matsuura, HAAS, Okuma, Hurco
- Three, four, and five axis
- Tool changes, offsets, and edits
- Possibly being taught how to program at the machine
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues as needed
- Design and build fixtures and select appropriate tooling
- Perform initial part inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and handled
Qualifications
- Previous CNC milling and/or lathe machine experience required
- CNC programming experience would be a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Schedule
Monday through Friday – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
The salary is
Up to $40 an hour based on experience
