Customer Service Representative -$22/hour
- Working with the sales department and suppliers to grow business with existing customers and potential new customers
- Taking service orders over the phone for new and existing customers
- Confirming appointments with the customer – some of the appointments are done through an automated system
- Assisting the technicians with any questions they may have regarding the customer’s order or requests
- Determine the customer’s requirements and expectations in order to suggest specific products and solutions
- Suggest alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
- Entering customer information into the company database
- General clerical duties such as: faxing, filing, scanning
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years previous customer service experience (preferably within a call center environment)
- Must have strong phone and customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Hours are:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm
the pay is up to $22 an hour
