Fabrication Lead – $95K (Direct Hire)
We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Lead to oversee daily fabrication operations, lead a team of skilled employees, and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support fabrication employees to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Assign daily work based on production schedules and company priorities.
- Provide guidance, training, and technical support to team members as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between production employees and management.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and company specifications
- Perform welding using GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), FCAW, and SMAW processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in welding, metal fabrication, and assembly.
- Prior lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication techniques, and applicable welding codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience with SolidWorks is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation
Up to $95,000 annually, based on experience
