Part-Time Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Associate – $40.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies by phone, email, and in person
- Prepare quotes for new and renewal Property & Casualty insurance policies
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and other updates
- Issue certificates of insurance and other policy documents
- Collect payments and assist with billing questions
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records
- Prepare proposals, letters, and other insurance-related documents
- Work with insurance carriers to ensure policy requests are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience in personal or commercial lines preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Hours are:
Monday through Friday –up to 30 hours a week
The pay is up to $40.00 an hour based on experience
