Personal & Commercial Lines Underwriter ($75/k & direct hire)
What You’ll Do:
- Underwrite and service both Personal and Commercial Lines insurance accounts.
- Review and process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes.
- Work with Business Owners Policies (BOP), Workers’ Compensation, Bonds, Cyber Liability, and Personal Lines coverage.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and agency partners by phone and email.
- Support the marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure timely, accurate policy processing.
- Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to clients and agency partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Personal and/or Commercial Lines insurance experience required.
- Understanding of underwriting, policy servicing, and insurance coverage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused with a professional, relationship-driven approach.
- Comfortable learning new systems and managing multiple priorities.
