Project Manager for Miscellaneous Metals – $90K (Direct Hire)

Responsibilities:

Planning, directing and coordinating miscellaneous metal projects
Working to solve potential problems
Ensuring project knowledge including scope, special instructions and overall method of construction
Communicating with co-workers as needed to ensure in compliance, tracking job progress and making adjustments as needed
As needed detail steel stairs, miscellaneous metals and light structural steel

Qualifications:

At least three years previous project management with miscellaneous metal and light structural
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
Basic experience of building design and construction codes
Good verbal and written communication skills

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

The pay is up to $90K a year based on experience
