Quality Inspector – $26/hour
Responsibilities:
- Review and sign engineering drawings and routers in manufacturing, planning and quality planning before issue to make sure customer specifications are correct
- First article inspection
- Complete paperwork
- Review non-conformance reports and coordinate corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate calibration system for measuring equipment, gages, and fixtures
- Standard quality control measuring devices: verniers, micrometers, height gages
Qualifications:
- Must have blueprint reading skills
- Ability to read and interpret machining and fabrication drawings, work instructions and engineering specifications
- Understanding of manufacturing specifications
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Good math skills including calculating figures and amounts such as: discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages,
- Able to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry
Hours:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $26/hour
