Shipping & Receiving Specialist – Manufacturing (Direct Hire)
Responsibilities:
- Shipping: Process outgoing shipments via UPS WorldShip & FedEx Ship Manager; package, label, and schedule pickups. Track deliveries and ensure accurate documentation.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming materials, verify quantities, and record in inventory system. Unload shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with counts.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Assist throughout the warehouse or on the shop floor as needed
Qualifications:
- Shipping/receiving experience (machine shop preferred).
- UPS/FedEx software proficiency.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items.
- Detail-oriented.
Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 6 AM – 4:30 PM
The pay is up to $25.00 an hour based on experience
