Wire and Cable Assembly – $25/hour
We are seeking an experienced Wire & Cable Assembly Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assemble wires, cables, and wire harnesses according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, terminating, and routing of wires and cables.
- Build and assemble cable harnesses and electro-mechanical components.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper connections.
- Use hand tools, crimping tools, soldering equipment, and other assembly equipment.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of wire and cable assemblies.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in wire and cable assembly is required.
- Experience building wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and soldering equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $25.00 an hour based on experience
