I have recently used Personnel People (PP) to fill three job openings: one for a machinist; and two for a shipping/receiving role; however, one of the PP shipper/receiver hires is now our Inventory Manager, based on the impressive skill set that he brought to the table. I work for a small manufacturing company, currently with 15 employees.

 Lynda St. Andre and Rachel St. Andre obtained a detailed job description from me, along with those subtle nuances about our company, our culture, the openings & the supervisors, etc. Lynda and Rachel are extremely pleasant and impressive to work with. They provided many resumes of qualified candidates.

 I have worked in human resources for several decades, and honestly, I have never had the success rate of filling openings as I have had with PP.

 I would like to share a brief PP experience.  Two of these recent new hires came for an interview on the same day, a few hours apart.  I and the company President were extremely impressed with both candidates; so much so that we made them both a job offer that same day, and both candidates accepted the job offers, and they are now valued team members at our company! It was honestly one of the happiest days of my career. It is not too often that two amazing, impressive candidates walk through our door. I still have that permanent smile on my face!! 😊

 We start our PP hires as temp-to-perms, which give both parties a chance to “try each other out,” before converting to a permanent hire.

 PP have saved me tons of time filling open positions at our company.  Especially during this current time of an “employee’s market”, my own recruiting efforts were not proving overwhelmingly successful. PP helped me to fill positions fast!!
