Residential Construction Assistant Estimator/Design- $70K (Direct Hire)
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with new construction designs
- Showing customers different options available
- Typing up the proposals
- Preparing pricing for vendors, contractors and Customers
- Using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD would be helpful but not required
- Answering questions and concerns customer might have
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with design and estimating preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – flexible between 25 hours to 40 hours a week
The pay is up to $70K
