Tool & Die Maker w/CNC knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making repairs/adjustments to existing molds
- Using precision tools and blueprints to create new injection molds for plastics
- Fabricate new molds according to drawings and specifications
- Maintain and perform maintenance on and repair existing tools and molds
- Fabricate fixtures and secondary tooling for products
- Troubleshoot any mold malfunctions
Qualifications:
- At least two years previous experience in mold making or mold maintenance
- Mold making apprenticeship program is a plus
- At least five years previous experience working with conventional milling, lathes, surface grinders and conventional EDM is required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- CNC machining experience is a plus
The pay is up to $32/hour
