Swiss Machinist – $30/hour (Direct Hire)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain hydromat machines
- Offset changes, tooling changes, tooling adjustments, machine repairs as needed during production runs
- Submitting first piece samples and documentation to quality control
- Setting up tools and verifying correct part number
- Assist with any tooling or setup problems as needed
- Make sure the setup is approved and the machine is ready for production
- Using control plans/print requirements to produce parts according to specifications
- Folling quality management system specifications -ISO9001-2015
Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-spindle, high volume production, Acme, Wickman, Tornos, Davenport and Swiss machines preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
Hours are:
Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm or Monday through Friday – 2pm to 10:30pm
The pay is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience
