Maintenace Technician – 1st shift – $24/hour
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust automation machines
- Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment using electrical and electronic test equipment
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment
- Install new or repaired parts using specifications and blueprints
- Using precision measuring instrument and tools
- Clean, lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of the machine as needed
- Install and repair electrical apparatus including transformers, wiring, electrical and electronic components of machines/equipment
- Layout, assemble and install and maintain pipe valves, pressure regulators, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
- Preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Experience in maintenance of automation machines is a plus
- Knowledge of blueprints
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and tools
Hours are:
Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $24.00 an hour
