Grinder Opportunity ($25/hour)
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Operating handheld grinders and sanders
- Removing excess materials/burrs from sheet metal surfaces
- Prepping for painting or powder coating
- Inspecting work pieces to ensure that surface and the dimensions are meeting specifications
- Placing completed parts onto pallets
- Placing defective parts in correct location
- Working with blueprints to meet specifications
- Fill out job travelers, inspection documents and other paperwork needed
- Repair and maintain equipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with hand held grinders
- Experience with hand sanders
- At least one year previous experience with sheet metal
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $25.00 an hour with room for growth
