Production Manager (printing or texting industry is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the department
- Plan and establish work schedules, staffing needs and production sequences
- Maintain and order production floor, stock items needed for fabrication
- Research and new equipment and make purchases as required
- Requisition proper parts for production assembly
- Printing or Textile industry is a PLUS
- Sewing background is a PLUS
Qualifications:
- Previous production management experience required
- Sewing experience would be a plus
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – First Shift
The pay is up to $62K a year with a review after 30 days and another one after 90 days
