Roll Off Driver with Heavy Equipment Operation (Direct Hire)
Responsibilities:
- Drop off and pick up roll off containers from various jobsites and customer locations, transport to disposal/recycling facility or location as directed
- Safely deliver containers, inspect and place on site as directed.
- Accurately complete all timesheets and cost paperwork
- Maintain telephone contact with supervisors and operations manager to receive pickup and delivery instructions
- Inspect truck equipment, roll off containers and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil and water
- May assist in loading and unloading material(s)
- Maintain truck log, according to state and federal regulations
- Record information such as: weight, volume, mileage, time and fuel usage
- Understand and follow all DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
- Also making deliveries in non cdl trucks, work around the shop and doing some automotive mechanical work in any down time
Requirements:
- Class B license a requirement
- Roll off experience required
- Valid DOT card
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Hours are
Monday through Friday – first shift
The pay is up to $29.00 an hour
