HVAC Technician – $85K (Direct Hire)

Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot and repair variety of heating, cooling and ventilating equipment
Install, maintain repair equipment such as: air compressors, fan coil units, fan units, pumps, cooling towers and relating piping
Install/maintain control systems for HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Work with piping diagrams, schematics, blueprints and sketches to plan, layout and troubleshoot HVAC systems
Keep records, write reports and determine which materials are to be used and how much of it
Following OSHA and EPA requirements

Qualifications:

Must have EPA Recovery Certification and Hot Work Certification
Massachusetts State Refrigeration License required
Knowledge of building temperature control systems and preventative maintenance procedures
At least five years previous experience
OSHA 10
Must have a valid drivers license

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – First Shift

The pay is up to $85K based on experience
