Customer Service Representative – $25.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
- Process inquires received either by mail or fax such as: purchase orders, tracking information and freight quotes
- Entry information into computer system – data entry and order processing
- Preparing sales order instructions for customer orders
- Issue purchase orders confirmations
- Maintain files electronically and paper files
- Processing and approving payment for freight bills
- Maintain sales order log and daily warehouse activities
- Preparing daily order reports
- Attending daily meetings and recording information in regards to the meeting
- Preparing customer sales reports
- Reconciling warehouse inventories
- Creating customer files as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
The pay is up to $25.00 an hour based on experience
